Efeste Wine Riesling Evergreen Columbia Valley Washington 2009 (n’est plus disponible)



Le vin est très pâle avec des reflets vert. Nez de citron, de pomme verte, un peu de conifère. Similaire en bouche pour ce qui est des arômes perçus au nez. Juste ce qu'il faut d'acidité pour balancer le tout, aidé par un poil de minéralité. Moyennement long, mais très bon ! Je risque d'acheter le millésime courant. Première expérience avec un Riesling américain.
